Your documents signed, approved and archived with e-signature

From contracts to bank instructions, send your corporate documents for signature and approval from a single platform. Signatories sign with e-signature or mobile signature wherever they are, and documents are stored securely.

What is PaperZero?

PaperZero is a digital platform that lets you share your documents with the people who need to sign or approve them, have them signed or approved with legal validity, and store them.

  • Faster processing, time saved

Documents reach signatories through the platform, with less waiting and paper chasing.

  • Lower costs

Printing, courier and physical archive expenses go down.

  • Sign from anywhere

Signatories sign from a computer or mobile device, even when they are out of the office.

  • Less paper

The process runs digitally from start to finish, reducing paper consumption.

How does PaperZero work?

  1. Upload

Upload your document to the platform. You can also upload several files at once.

  2. Send

Choose the signatories and approvers, and pick a sequential or parallel flow. Notifications go out by email and, depending on your package, by SMS.

  3. Sign / Approve

Signatories sign with e-signature or mobile signature and approvers give their approval. People who are not registered on the platform can also take part.

  4. Store securely

Signed documents are kept in the archive. Who prepared it, who signed it and when: everything is recorded and reportable.

E-signature, mobile signature and approval steps can be combined in the same process.

Featured scenario

Your bank instructions no longer go to the branch

Payment orders, transfers and account instructions: authorised signatories sign with e-signature or mobile signature wherever they are, and the instruction reaches the bank automatically over a secure channel.

The hidden cost of wet-signed instructions

For a single payment order, the document is printed, the dual signatories are tracked down and signatures are collected. The paperwork is then couriered to the branch, and someone calls to check whether it was processed. If one signatory is travelling, the payment slips by a day. Archiving the paperwork remains a separate workload.

With PaperZero

Once all signatures are complete, the instruction is automatically delivered to your bank's configured SFTP or web service channel. Who prepared it, who signed it and when, when it was sent: everything is recorded and reportable.

Bank integration depends on your bank accepting e-signed instructions and on the SFTP/web service setup being in place. We coordinate these setups for you during onboarding.

Trusted infrastructure

PaperZero was developed through a collaboration between E-GÜVEN, an electronic certificate service provider, and Eczacıbaşı Bilişim. Documents are stored encrypted in the Eczacıbaşı Bilişim data centre. Signatures created with e-signature and mobile signature have the same legal validity as wet signatures under Turkish Electronic Signature Law No. 5070.

Frequently asked questions

Does the other party also need an e-signature?

The person signing the document needs an e-signature or mobile signature. It is not required to start a process or give an approval. We also manage e-signature provisioning for signatories who do not have one yet.

Does it require any installation?

Preparing and sending documents is done in the browser. Signing with an e-signature requires a one-time installation of the signing library on the computer. Mobile signature needs no additional installation.

Do all banks accept e-signed instructions?

Banks' practices differ. Before rollout, we review together the conditions under which the banks you work with accept e-signed instructions.

Where are documents stored?

They are stored encrypted in the Eczacıbaşı Bilişim data centre.

How does pricing work?

Packages are based on transaction volume. A process uses 1 transaction to start and 1 transaction per signer or approver. We prepare a quote based on your organisation's volume.
